Crocker + Breslin Architects, LLC is a design and process oriented firm, offering full architectural services, committed to helping our clients create and implement sustainable solutions for their homes and workplaces.
Though we are a small firm, our skills and talents are diverse - allowing us to respond to all the needs of our clients - including full building designs, interior design and space planning, historic preservation and adaptive reuse, construction administration and project management.
Crocker + Breslin Architects believe the best designs result from the collaborative effort of the architect and the user and client. This is why our solutions are specific and unique for every design opportunity, every environment, every building type. We take pride in helping our clients integrate environmentally friendly materials, finishes, and systems to their project- without sacrificing the overall goals and objectives, quality or character.
Crocker + Breslin Architects has a collective experience of over 18 years in the construction and design industry and brings to the table valuable experience in a broad range of building types. For both public and private clients, our collective experience includes: Religious, Cultural, and Educational Institutions, Office buildings and layouts, Retail establishments, Libraries, Housing and Residential designs.

Scott D. Crocker - Scott is a founding partner at Crocker + Breslin Architects, and brings with him nine years of architectural experience on various building types, including new construction, adaptive re-use and preservation efforts.
Thomas E. Breslin - Tom is a founding partner at Crocker + Breslin Architects and brings with him nine years of practice and experience. He also serves as the firm’s sustainable design ‘team leader’. He achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDTM) Accredited Professional status in 2002.
